Publication procedure of scientific articles in the journal “Vestnik of Volzhsky University after V.N. Tatischev”

Dear colleagues!

The journal “Vestnik of Volzhsky University after V.N. Tatischev” was found in 1998. Since that time publishing house of Volzhsky University after V.N. Tatischev printed over 150 issues.

The journal “Vestnik of Volzhsky University after V.N. Tatischev” is registered by Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom and Mass Communications (the registration number of ПИ № ФС77-35612 from 12.03.2009 ISSN 2076-7919). It is included by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) in the list of journals which publish main scientific results of doctoral and Ph.D. theses. Vestnik gives a free scientific tribune for exchange of views on the problems of modern science theory and practice. The journal “Vestnik of Volzhsky University after V.N. Tatischev” is included into the system of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

The journal is reviewed.

The editorial board does not examine the manuscripts if they do not meet presented formal requirements. Links on student books and dictionaries are not allowed.

The editorial staff of the journal reserves to itself the right to introduce corrections and to decline the article offered for publication. The article may be published if the author revises it. The editorial staff does not give back to the authors the articles which were declined.

The editorial board of the journal reviews according to the following criteria:

• the urgency of the theme;
• the scientific novelty;
• theoretical and applied significance;
• coherence and consistency of the text;
• argumentativeness of the main theses of the article.

The editorial staff of the journal is not responsible for the accurateness of quotations, references to the legislation and the information about the authors.

The editorial staff opinion may not coincide with the authors’ point of views. The authors are completely responsible for the content of the article which should not be published in other editions before.

The journal stops contributing to the authors in the works of which the plagiary was found out.

The volume of the article should be 8-12 pages of A4 format, and it should be designed according to the pointed requirements.

The following price of the journal “Vestnik of VUIT” is fixed: 3800 r. Reviewing of the article is included into the price. The price of the additional copy is 190 r. for each additional copy (without taking the sending into account) and 390 r. (with the sending by the Russian Federation post).

Bank details

The scientific article is presented both in written, signed by the author, and electronic forms.

The written form of the study is sent by post or presented by the author personally to the given addresses.

The license contract signed by the author is appended to the written form of the article.

The text should involve: the authors’ family name, name, patronymic in the complete form both in Russian and English, the place of employment of the author (s) (the address inclusive), academic degree, academic status, their positions and contact information (e-mail, telephone number) (both in Russian and English).

The scientific article should contain:

• the title of the article (both in Russian and English);
• the abstract (both in Russian and English);
• key words (both in Russian and English);
• bibliographical list;
• the presence of article bibliographical references set by GOST P7.05 -2008 “Bibliographical reference”;
• UDC and LBC.

Text design:

• the text of the manuscript is presented in Microsoft Word format for Windows;
• the page format - A4;
• the orientation – bookish, without pagination and division of word;
• margins: right, left, on the top, at the bottom 2,0 cm;
• times New Roman type;
• the size of type -12;
• line-to-line spacing 1;
• indettation 1 cm;
• paginal footnote, straight-through pagination, the size of type 10, line-to-line spacing 1;
• text aligning – width;
• the volume – 8-12 pages of A4 format. In the other case it should be adjusted with the editorial staff of the journal “Vestnik of Volzhsky University after V.N. Tatischev”;
• to use the editing formula of Microsoft Office.
